- Damaged on arrival consumables will be replaced/reshipped on request if confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. No extra shipping costs.

- Next day shipping on all items except mash tuns and wort chillers. Equipment is shipped through Indiapost, while all the consumables are shipped via fast private courier service.
- In case courier service is not serviceable or slow in certain locations (especially due to the pandemic) it will be changed to Speedpost without additional costs to the customer.
