    Mead & Flower Wine Yeast:

    • Suitable for all styles of Mead, Herb wines and Floral wines such as Rose, Dandelion, Lavender etc.
    • This yeast has a alcohol tolerance 15%.
    • PRODUCT INFO

      Instruction to make 25 litres of mead:

      • Mix 20L of clean water (30-35°C) with 6-9 kg of honey.
      • Check that liquid temperature is max 30°C then add 20g of Alephont's Mead Yeast and add 5-10g Yeast Nutrient depending on the amount of honey.
      • Leave to ferment between 20-30°C.
      • Fermentation is usually over in 5-7 days.
      • We suggest aging the wine for at least 2 months after bottling for a flavourful taste to develop.

      • Next day shipping on all items. Equipment is shipped through Indiapost, while all the consumables are shipped via DTDC. 
      • In such a case, where Indiapost takes longer or is unservicable to a particular location we would post via DTDC or vice versa without notifying the customer beforehand, just to speed things up.
