Ingredients:
LME (Dark): 5kg
Hops: 1 Oz Magnum Pellet Hops
Yeast: High ABV Kveik
Fining: Gelatine
Priming Sugar: 115g
PRODUCT INFO
Directions:
1. Take 20 Liters of water and bring it to a boil.
2. On a low flame add LME slowly while mixing continuously.
3. Add hops and boil for 30 minutes more.
4. Cool using a wort chiller and transfer to the fermenter.
5. Oxygenate the wort by stirring it aggressively for 3 minutes.
6. Pitch yeast and ferment at room temperature.
7. On the 5th day of fermentation add gelatine slurry.Prime and Bottle
8. Rack finished beer to a secondary fermenter with boiled and cooled priming sugar+500ml water mixture. Bottle or keg.
9. Carbonate for 10 days at room temperature and then transfer to fridge.
10. Drink and enjoy
