Ingredients:
Fermentables Pack 1
1 Pack Seltzer Yeast
1 Pack Sweetner
1 Pack Priming Sugar
1 Pack Natural Flavour

Brewing Method:
Boil
1. Take 21 Liter of RO/ Distilled water in a pot and bring it to a boil
2. Add Fermentables Pack 1 slowly and boil for 10 minutes more.
3. Chill to room temperature.Fermentation
4. Oxygenate by stirring vigourously for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a fermenter.
5. Add yeast and ferment at room temperature.Flavouring
6. Bring one liter of RO/Distilled water to a boil and add priming sugar and sweetner. Boil for 5 minutes. Then chill to room temperature.
7. Once cool add flavouring to this mixture and stir. Add this mixture to a bottling vessel.
8. Once bubbling has stopped, trasnfer seltzer to the bottling vessel slowly using a siphon, leaving the trub at bottom.
9. Transfer to bottles or keg and wait for 2 weeks to condition.
10. Transfer to fridge.
11. Drink and enjoy!

- All damaged on arrival equipement are fully refundable including postage, if confirmed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Damaged on arrival consumables will be replaced/reshipped on request if confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. No extra shipping costs.
