Practical Wine-Making
Want to make your first wine but don't know how to start? Well our master brewers can help you build your craft and enable you with enough practical knowledge to experiment with different styles yourself.
You could request for a "Personalized Complete Brewing Course(live video)." Our brewing professional will create a recipe according to your preference, followed by three live one to one lessons over the course of one month. This covers the entire brewing process.
Day 1: Pitch day: Various adjustments and calculations after crushing fruit, wine fining and pitching yeast. Using apparatus and tools.
Day 7/10: Wine Filteing: (depending on style)
Day 28-30 (depending on style) Fining, stablizing and bottling.
2. Personalized Complete Brewing Course(visit): You could request for a private visit and practical brewing lessons. Making you physically familiar with the equipment operations and ingredients. These course is avaialble for 5 or more participants in Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Udaypur, Jaipur, Delhi and Bangalore; and 10 or more participants in other cities(travel and accomodation additional). You can choose to make a batch on our visit and instructions will be provided. Beverages are flat if they are not shared. Requesting you to bring your partner along to enjoy your special culinary journey at 40% off.
If you are a commercial enterprise owner, then we have individual customize a product & process consultation that will be governed under an NDA to safeguard your trade secrets. It is charged at:
1. INR 5,000/ - an hour for extra person(Maximum 10 persons)
2. INR 23,000/- per day Plus travel-lodging for consultation for in person training. Excluding travel and lodging.
3. $1,500/- per week for consultation abroad. Excluding travel and lodging.

Also unfortunately, we can not provide services to Indian states or countries overseas wherein brewing is not legalized yet.
