The process involves selection of ripe Alphonso mangoes, washing with disinfectant, cutting, second inspection, pulping, decantation or separation and passing through foreign matter control such as magnetic trap, Strainer, Metal detector devices, thermal processing in PLC Aseptic Sterilization and packed in Tin.
