Juice concentrate made from freshly picked orchard apples. About 7.5 kg of apples go in making of 1 liter of juice concentrate.

Caution: Once opened, use it immediately to avoid spoilage.

How to use:
- Add three times the water amount to achieve normal juice consistancy.
- Check gravity using a hydrometer/refractometer.
- Add sugar to achieve desired gravity before fermentation.
